Uk Orders:
All items ordered are inspected before despatch to prevent faulty / damaged goods leaving our premises
All items ordered will be sent via a recorded / signed for delivery service unless stated otherwise. Whilst we endeavour too despatch all confirmed orders the same day or next working day, please always allow up to 3 -7 days delivery for U.K. orders.
A signature is required for most deliveries to confirm and provide proof of delivery.
In the unlikely event that your goods are late, please check with your local sorting office to see if
any parcels await collection.
We reserve the right to choose / change the method of delivery / shipping without notice.
No orders are despatched on a Saturday or Sunday.
We or our delivery service will not deliver to PO box numbers under any circumstances.
Important:
All items should be thoroughly inspected by you on receipt of said items, if you find a manufacturers fault or a damaged item/s or damaged packaging then we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Overseas Orders:
We only accept overseas credit card payments via the secure Paypal online payment website.
Overseas customers will be given a few delivery methods / option to choose from.

Returns Policy:
Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please call for authorisation.
Unauthorised returns will be refused.
Unwanted or damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt and returned to us unused within 7 days of receipt.
All items should be thoroughly inspected by you on receipt and any faults reported immediately.
No refund will be given on any item/ once it has been used or after the 7 day return limit has expired.
A full refund or exchange will be given within the 7 day return limit provided that the unwanted, returned item/s are unmarked and be in as new condition and be suitable for resale. All returns must be returned in the original packaging and be returned via recorded or special delivery. (a signed for delivery service)

Always Refuse Damaged Parcel / Packages:
Refunds can only be given on damaged goods when we have been notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect ordered goods immediately on receiving them.
All damaged goods must be returned before a replacement or refund can be given.
You are solely responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods.
We do not refund postage costs under any circumstance.
Signing for registered and recorded items accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in an undamaged condition.
Always inspect and refuse damaged parcels, never sign for a damaged parcel.
